  given: your peroxyde solution = 10 %
  given: your target quantity of the solution (ml) 200
 
Instructions: 
  1) Add 75.715 ml of DI water to the beaker. 
  2) Add 38.571 ml of your ammoniak solution to the beaker. 
  3) Heat to 70 degC . Then remove from hotplate. 
  4) Add 85.714 ml of your peroxyde solution to the beaker. 
  5) Solution should bubble and warm up. Wait for 1 - 2 min. Then, it is ready for use. 
  6) Soak specimen e.g. for 15 min. Dispose off the solution.
